The Elliott house is complete, and occupied. The Big House has a new kitchen floor and a new walk-in shower. There are several small repairs in progress, this house could be ready to go in a day or so.

General Notes
Properties usually have stove, refrigerator, and sometimes washer and dryer. It is our policy to provide these appliances on a no-cost basis, and repair them if they break. If an appliance cannot be repaired, we generally have something on hand that we can replace it with. In the case where we have no replacement appliance, we will keep our eyes open and try to pick up a used appliance, but the renter will have to either wait until we can find one, or provide one themselves.
